I'm American, but moved to Tokyo in Sept 2004.

I'm aiming to become a managaka here in Japan.. and seeing what happens in the meantime!

☆ I'm working as the host of the Japanese TV program "Asahi Pop'n Press", broadcast every Saturday morning!

☆ I write "Jamie on the Go" for the english-language newspaper Asahi Weekly once a month. Please check it out!

PS: It says "Nihon Ajimi" on the top, which means "Tasting Japan". It's kind of a play on words. ^^

Can you go see To Aru Hikūshi e no Tsuioku and tell us if its any good it looks shiny. Apparently out on the 1st of Oct in Japan.

Hiii Jamie!

I tried commenting on your new blog, but it keeps giving me this blank page with error message:

"Please complete the CAPTCHA."

I tried posting on all of your entry and it's always giving me this. I filled out all the required fields, yet it's still not letting me post :( Am I doing something wrong?

Oh no.... Did you answer the capcha? (It's under the comment box)> It'll only show up the first time you comment.

I actually didn't want them at all, but my webdesigner said I should have them. At least they will disappear after the first time!

Try again and tell me if you are still getting an error!

I figured out how to deactivate the capcha :) So it should be a lot easier to use now! :)

It works now, I managed to post perfectly :D Thanks so much!

I never saw the captach... maybe it was my computer that was glitching the question and it became invisible!!!

Anyway, it works fine noooow! Yay!

i'm glad you like it! going to that tumblr always brightens up my my day a little. ~_~ & this one is super popular with lots of cute drawings: http://chibird.tumblr.com/. (btw, mine is tomaroom.tumblr.com ^^)

umm...i'm new to tumblr myself, so i'm not sure. but i have seen people put a watermark on their image at tumblr + link back to their own website. i think in your case, maybe you can do that with one of your pictures from a blog post and link back to your blog. or you can post up your drawings too. also, http://weheartit.com/ is a really popular place to post pictures. it's kinda like tumblr.

Thanks for adding me, and nice to meet you! ^-^ Although it feels a bit weird to be saying that, because I've been reading some of your LJ posts since... I don't even remember, since before you became an assistant for Tenipuri, I guess. Sorry for never commenting before...
