Of life and other things..
Good morning! I was right, I work much, much better in the morning. It's a lot easier to concentrate.

I'm just dying of excitement over this.. Sakura is one of my favorite sweet flavorings EVER. I'm not sure why it strikes such a chord of amazingness in me. It just DOES. So the fact that Starbucks brought back it's Sakura frappuchino and latte is music to my ears! There is a SB about a fifteen minute walk from my apartment, so I went there the other day and had the latte (hey, it's cold!). It was like I had ingested ambrosia. Seriously, it's THAT good. It's not too sweet, either. =^-^= Today, it's quite cold again, but I think I will go and get a frappuchino and bring it home to enjoy. How could I not?

Unfortunately the mugs and tumblers are not all that cute this year. I kinda like the big water bottle thing in the picture, but in reality it's plastic and kinda small. I still have my mug from last year and use it almost every day nowadays.

Lately, the weather has been really weird. There are days like yesterday, when it was in the 50s and sunny (in the afternoon at least), but just a few days ago, it snowed. A lot. On Valentine's night it was more or less a blizzard, and I haven't seen that much snow in years!! Of course, during the afternoon it had been so sunny and not-freezing that I had finally decided to wear a skirt without tights. Oops. My legs physically hurt and were completely red by the time that I got home. Now today, it's overcast and COLD at the moment, but I hope that it warms up soon so that I can go get that frappuchino!

In other news, I went to the hospital a few days ago. I go once a month at the moment, because we're trying to get that pesky ITP to go away. II really, really hate having to take medicine every day. It makes me feel dependent. At least, I put it in with all of my daily vitamins so it's no as noticeable, but still. I know how those with other long-term problems feel. -_-; So, I've been on stereoids, which work at a high dosage, but as we lowered the amount I got worse again and it seems like I need to find something else. So I chose a medication that is basically a super-sour powder with an ungodly amount of vitamin C in it. Some insane amount. The doctor warned me that it would be really hard to swallow, even mixed with something, and so did the pharmacist. They looked at me doubtfully when I said I didn't think it would be a problem. I was right! On the contrary, I would PAY to drink this stuff!!! I mixed it in orange juice with a little sweetener, and it was like drinking orange-flavored lemon juice! I LOVE sour things! OMG SO GOOD!!! YUM! I want this every day! ;o; Forever!! Just for fun! I want to drink up all of the month's stock in one day, I'm craving it so badly!

But I must resist!! Must must resist!!!!!!! Help? ;o;

You should return to the doctor and tell him what you posted. Or, tell her what you posted. Either way, tell them.

I giggled when I read your post, especially after watching your youtube videos. I can picture you actually saying that, and yes it made me giggle.

I hope you feel better. Also, please post more about all things Japan. I live through you to satiate my Japan needs.

Starbucks here doesn't offer anything special. I'd LOVE to try that sakura flavoring. I know the sakura leave look beautiful, and I'm sure the taste is wonderful too.

I long to go to Japan and experience the things that you talk about. I'd love to check out the pizzas you showed on one of your youtube videos, but I can't imagine paying $35 for a small pizza. Ouch.
