Suddenly I see, this is what I wanna be♪
Andrew is leaving Tokyo soon to take a job with Capcom in Osaka. I'm going to miss him. ;__; Visit us back in Tokyo sometime, yo!! ( ・∇・)

I don't drink very often, but last night I went with Andrew and his friends to mexican food and then to an isakaya. So, even though it was a work night, I drank... not even very much! But I apparently got really drunk. (I am a lightweight, app.) If you know me, on the very rare times that I drink a lot, I'm a really cheerful drinker. It's like me x 1000 cheerful. Always making stupid jokes and laughing. I was so tired when I made it home about midnight that I crashed immediately. But I'm refreshed today! =^o^= (but work soon.. ewwww)

OMG so we went to a yummy mexican restaurant that I didn't know existed!! It was REALLY good!! It's too bad that it's basically in the middle of nowhere to me, so I can't go often, but I'm definitely going back sometime!!!

And the girl in the picture is an online acquaintance of theirs who was visiting Tokyo, Kiera. She was so sweet!! I hope to see her again someday!! Another Bleach fan, yay!! =D

Good Mexican?

Spill the beans on location then :)

I can't remember the station, but it was one express stop from Shibuya on the Toyoko line. ^^;; But it was a 10-minute walk from the station. From the station, you take a left and go around the corner (basically another left) You should be walking along a small street. Keep going for about 10 mins and you will come to the mexican place right in front of you. ^^ I can't remember the name, but if Andrew sees this, I'm sure that he can give better directions. ^^

You x 1000 cheerful? Wouldn't that result in a light so bright that everyone in Japan would go blind?

Your friend isn't just a Bleach fan it seems. Looks like she is a MUSE fan too, that's another plus ya know.

I'm digging Bleach myself. We're through episode 13 on Cartoon Network as of last weekend. I picked up an Ichigo and Rukia PVC two-pack (in Soul Reaper gear) today at IF. Since Suncoast closed Dan's is pretty much the only place for anime related collectibles (Hastings is VERY limited and hit-and-miss).

Anyway, I'm just happy that CN picked up another anime I could get into. Been nothing on for me after Fullmetal ended (yeah, yeah, I know you have Fullmetal issues). You know I don't get into most shows so Bleach has been a pleasant surprise.

By the way, how often to people say you remind them of Orihime? =) I keep telling myself, "That's not Jamie, that's not Jamie......OK, what writer met Jamie?" Heh.
Hi-chan (火ちゃん): Bleach - Orihime bugshinoai on December 8th, 2006 06:38 am (UTC)
Awesome!! ^o^ I'm glad that you like Bleach!!!! It's such a great show! I recommend picking up the manga too sometime, they're pretty far along with the english translations already. ^^ (about halfway through I think..) The Soul Society arc (which doesn't start for a while) is definitely my favorite, and that's where the series even goes from being good to really great. =D

And Orihime really is like me!! I hear it from other fans ALL the time. ^o^ People used to tell me that I should read Bleach because there was a character just like me in it, and I was drawn to her from the moment that I saw her. =D I even have an Orihime in soul-reaper gear figurine next to my computer monitor. I love her so much!! (I wanna cosplay her soon!)

O_O where the hell did you find a Mexican restaurant?? I couldn't find one when I was in Japan.... at all.... then again I didn't really know where to look but still, it was so sad!!!
Hi-chan (火ちゃん)hinoai on December 8th, 2006 06:42 am (UTC)
Actually, I lied because I've actually been to more than just one. Counting this one, I've been to three (five if you count three of them being the same chain but different stores), and there are several others that I've heard of and want to go to..... They do exist, but they're few and far between, like American non-fast-food restaurants.
