Why, hello spring/summer!
The other day I was saying, "where did spring go? It's so cold now (50-60's), when this time last year I was wearing tank tops..."

When I woke up this morning, I thought that I was just hot because I'd contracted a fever. Nope, no fever!! (throat is still terrible, though. Can't talk) It's because it's getting hot!!

Time: 9 am
Temperature: 75°
Feels like: 78°
Humidity: 83% (YIKES!!!!!)

So it's not that hot (roughly feels like 80), but it's only 9 am! Imagine what it will be like at noon!! *dances* This is GREAT!! I can't WAIT for summer, and human temperatures!!! I can go out without a jacket! FINALLY!! ♥

I'm still not used to the humidity, though. I don't know how you guys do it... I like the dry Phoenix/CA air, please. ^^

Haa, I envy you for the humidity. *loves the humidity; wishes it was more humid in CA* =o=;;; When it's hot, it's hot and dry, gah.

I'll take dry over humidity ANY day. .o_O;;

God, summer in Japan was horrible cuz of all the humidity. It wasn't really hot but the humidity totally killed me.

It just rained a while ago. .o.o; And it was looking so nice yesterday....

Bah, I always complain about how humid it is here... But now I can't complain anymore ^^;;

I know how yucky it feels, it makes you want to take a shower every hour. Good luck with that >_<;;

What do you think late June will be like (compared to years past)? That's when I'm making a visit, and I have a feeling it's going to be so hot, I'm not going to want to do anything. XD

oh man, really? T^T maybe this year it will be a late summer...(I hope)

After two years of living in San Francisco, I really can't handle high temperatures any more, hahaha.

It will be HOT and HUMID! But it's not so bad that you don't want to do things outside. ^^ Just bring sunscreen!!

You lucky thing, you. It's cold here in the Midwest. It's been cold and rainy for the past 1-2 weeks. I can't wait for it to be in the 70s.

I live in heat and high humidity Every Single Freaking Day of my life.

I don't know how I've managed to survive this because it kills me and I hate it with a passion. @_____@

Ahaha... I think you grew up in a very different climate from me! I'm dreading the summer!
Hi-chan (火ちゃん)hinoai on May 20th, 2006 10:50 am (UTC)
Well, it's that, and I HATE cold weather with a passion!! This is because I can't go outside without it being torture, and because I don't have any winter clothes that are the right size! I can never buy cute jackets, so I don't like to go out when I need a jacket. Plus, I hate going out and always looking the same because all you see is the jacket. X.x

Hey at least you are not in Florida. XD Its about 93 degrees or so. I don't know but its really hot, it feels like 100. There is no humidity for now since we really have dry weather. XD
tenshiforgotten on May 20th, 2006 04:37 pm (UTC)
I'm in the wonderful tri-cities and the weather is really, really weird at the moment. Yesterday at 8:00 AM it was 90-something degrees, but at 6:00 PM the streets were flooded because of the rain storm we were having. Then it got hot again around 8:00 PM after the rain stopped but I don't know the exact temperature.

I'm going to Japan at the end of July with my school for two weeks~ We'll be staying in Yokohama mostly, and I'm slightly scared. My teacher says it'll have more humidity than we could possibly imagine. *is buying 100% cotton clothes!*
