What does this say?
Mmm... can anyone help me read this? O.o It's so small and bled so much that I can't read the first kanji in the second line!!!! :x

The 2nd/3rd/4th kanji are: 筋 背 筋.
But what is the first one??? Any idea? It's from a song, but I don't have a copy of the whole song to hear the lyrics. (Long story)

I think the left radical isn't 月 but two smaller radicals.

If that is so, I am completely at a loss ^^ The other kanji made me think immediately of that one.

Nah, I think you're right, it's just blurred. As I said in another comment, if the first kanji is stomach than added to the second kanji it makes sense in context.

It looks that way, but since 腹 + 筋 = abdominal muscles and 背 + 筋 = spinal muscles I'd say that stomach is a very good bet.
