Several of the people visiting me asked me what foods I want from home.. After much thought, I came up with this list of things that are transportable (ie, I really would kill for some things that just can't be transported, like Taco Bell bean burritos):

EZ Cheese
Carnation Instant Breakfast
Fruity Pebbles
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Campbell's Bean with Bacon soup
Sweet Tarts (the giant size ones!)
Jolly Ranchers (OMG)
Torani's vanilla flavoring syrup
Cheese ball (the kind with the nuts on the outside)
Vanilla Dr. Pepper!!

With the exception of tiny packs of goldfish, I can't get ANY of this in Japan. At least that I've found. I even asked the realtor if he knew where to get some of this, but he didn't know. (He didn't know what any of it was either.. X_x) It's so hard living without normal foods, sometimes. Sometimes I just want normal foods. My favorite foods... Speaking of which, why is there no Taco Bell in Tokyo? (where civilians can go in???????!)

So, I talked to work about the realtor. They're working on it. That's all they can say, and they'll keep in touch. Dammit, why are they being so difficult? I'm getting pretty upset about it now. It's frustrating, and they don't seem to understand that I HAVE to set up internet before I move in, and it might already be too late. Why can't they just bring me in today? X_x I'd rather be there and look through books or something. Gah. I'm getting REALLY frustrated!!!!!

I think I've seen Reese's PB Cups before in Seiyu or something. Because I have this memory of eating it last Christmas in Japan. xD And there are foreign food shops like Kikuya, which have a LOT of snacks transported from other countries.

EEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!!!!!!!!!! Really??!! *spazzes* Seiyu? Where is that?? I must go today!

Also, where is Kikuya? I'm familiar with Seijo Isshi, but most of their snacks aren't American ones, sadly. ;_; I've been to a few other ones, like the one in Tokyo Dome..

I'm not really sure about Seiyu though, sorry if I was wrong. xD

Well, I think there are a lot of Kikuya's out there... There's one in Nishiogikubo, right in front of the station. I don't know about any others I'm afraid.

Sankyuu! ^^ I'll have to go out and look for them! Now!! Do you know if there's any Taco Bell's in Tokyo?

I don't think so... There might be some more imported food in airports? Whenever a friend is coming to visit Japan I always ask them to bring snacks. Maybe you can ask friends back home or people visiting Japan to bring you some?

Yeah, I'm asking them to bring me some things...

But I still can't get Taco Bell.. and most people keep saying they can't bring my favorite -- spray cheese in a can -- on the airplane. ;___;
