I'm a sister! O_O again........
I wake up to some kind of noise... Now, I live next to a road so noise is common.. and in my head I'm going, 'ooh! The Urusei Yatsura theme song! Now where is that coming from!' After a moment I realize that it's my phone. Immediately I think email, I'm getting email. Only this ringtone is for telephone calls, not email. (email is Amuro Namie's 'Girl Talk') Yes, I hear it that infrequently that I couldn't even identify it for a moment. I pick up the phone and stare at it for a few more seconds as it completes the first verse. I eventually pick it up. (I'm very tired. It's a little after 6:00 am here) That's my phone story.

It is my mother.. and she gives me a phone number......... for my dad. Shock #1. He hasn't had a phone in about 4 years, that I know of. Oh, but wait, it gets better..

My dad not only has a phone, he also has..... a new baby. (We don't know the mother, but according to my mother it's some 'druggie' that he hangs out with. The word 'druggie' makes me think of GS and Eda, but I am too shocked to giggle) Um... sure it was about 6:30 by this point, and my roommate was sleeping, but I couldn't help it. I shrieked out "What?!!"

To those of you that know about my family (it's a long complicated story, trust me), maybe this won't be a shock. Hey, I have a new baby brother.. (so in the last year, my 22-year old sister had a baby, got pregnant again, and now my father also had a baby. uhh.. I never want kids.. sorry..)

o.o uh... Merry Christmas. I'm going to go into shock now.. please everybody remember to spay and neuter your animals. ::goes into Bob Barker mode::

PS- uh, everyone talking about My Little Ponies makes me want one.. o.o that is all.

babies smell
Uhhh ... congratulations? :) I hope you have the chance to see the kid now and then and bring some coolness into his life.

By the way, are you still looking for a new place? I stayed in a place called Urban White House in Nishi-Shinjuku. Coming from either Shinjuku station or Nishi-shinjuku station, walk west on Ome-kaido a few minutes (~15min from Shinjuku, ~5 from Nishi-shinjuku), and it's on the left side of the street, right next to a Kojima pet store. There are a lot of places to rent in the general area. I found it a very convenient location.

Good luck ... hope to see you in Tokyo a few months down the line!

Thanks Shannon!! ::glomps::

I hope to see you too!! <3333334435645645 I'll definitely look into the white house. ^_^ It sounds like it's a great location! =^_^= Better than my current one, anyway. =D

About my new.. brother. O.o I hope that I eventually get to see him too.. though it's all so weird for me. Maybe I can be the only cool thing in his life when he grows up... =D;;

that's a definite WTFFFFFFFFFFF moment. I know the feeling, lol.

But being a sister is better than being an aunt. Being an aunt makes me feel old XD

XD I am both.. yeah, being an aunt made me feel old, especially when I thought about how much younger my sister is than me. X_x (okay, only 2 years younger, but still..)

Mm, ponies...
Y'want one? It's probably too late to find any of the winter ones but... there are some interesting possibilities...

Re: Mm, ponies...
OMG yes! Do you think you could still find them? =^_^= I used to have so many when I was little.. and I know that somewhere in my things back at Mom's house, there are one or two left. =^_^= I wish I had them. <3

^___^ Ahh, childhood memories! ^_^

Re: Mm, ponies...
Yep... they've started re-selling new ones that are a liiittle smaller than the 80s ones, but just as nice. And as I said, I'm pretty sure the winter-styled Target ones are starting to phase out, but tropical ones are starting to pop up so I'll look around...

No kids? awww, but some kids are cute. Well, in your stance, I understand. I hope the kids are treated well.

Well, family is one of those things you have little to no choice in the matter...LOL.

Kids...yeah, that is a lot of responsibility.
