Zombie Tennis, anyone?
I was thinking that it would be fun, and kinda easy, to dress up as one of the Prince of Tennis characters for halloween, only.. dead. All bloody with a bloody tennis racket and such. >=D I don't even know if the Japanese celebrate halloween, actually, but if I don't work that day or if I have the evening off, I'm so going to do it! Heheeee... maybe I'll scare them while I'm at it!

Question is, which one should I dress as? Any suggestions from any high school?

They do now , but I heard that the train that goes in a circle in the middle of Tokyo (it has a name but i forget it) has a Halloween party on it every year now thanks to some Americans in the late 70's who dressed up because they didn't know they didn't celebrate Halloween over there. There was a party and it so much attention that I guess it started becoming a tradition and now Halloween parties are all over Japan since then. Of course I could be wrong, this is only what I've been told.

Ooh, that sounds fun! At least I can dress up, and I'm fairly sure that it won't be that out of place!

Kyaa~!! *_* I loooove the icon!!!!

And! Maybe you could dress as Shishido, from Hyotei. You could go as him with long hair, before he cut it. In case you don't know who I'm talking about, since you told me you can't always remember the names ^^;;, he's the guy in my icon, though with short hair.

Ooh! That's the guy that cut his hair because he lost a game?

Yep! I personally like him a lot more with his shorter hair. <3 But given the length of -yours-, you could totally pull him off without needing a wig! ^^

They don`t celebrate Halloween. :( In fact, my host mom was appalled at the idea. "They. . .go to other people`s houses?! That`s crazy! How rude!"

However, the upside is, since there is no day for Halloween, scary stuff is welcomed any time of the year, so there is always horror movies, books, and other media out and about.

Hehee! What about just dressing up, but not going Trick-or-treating?

Yeah, well that`s "cosplay". And that`s good all-year round!

Japanese people don't celebrate halloween where I was and know people from, but hey, it might have changed over the years, the Japanese do know of it and some hold parties in the name of Halloween. If anything, make many friends, and throw a party. ^_^
